At Let’s Kidmunicate Speech Pathology, we dedicate time to preparing individually for each client and see only a certain number of clients each day to ensure that we are providing the best possible service
for each family.
Booking Appointments
When you first book with us – the booking won’t be confirmed until we send you an appointment confirmation email. We will email you your appointment confirmation to the email address you provided us when you first contacted us after the booking has been confirmed. If you have not received your appointment confirmation within 48 hours of a confirmed booking, please
check your spam or junk email folder or filter and, if it’s not there, please contact us. We encourage you to set up your email to ensure you receive your confirmation messages. While we are here to assist you, please note that we cannot take responsibility for any issues that may arise from not receiving them. Thank you for your understanding! Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy aims to minimize the cancellation of scheduled services and provide you with information on what to do if you need to cancel an appointment. Please be aware that cancellation fees
are not meant as a penalty; rather, they are essential for us to maintain our operations and continue delivering quality services. The Cancellation Policy must be read and acknowledged before your first appointment will be confirmed.
Cancellation Fee- Privately Funded
Should you need to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice. If you notify us of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the session fee will be charged. Failure to attend (no-show) or appointments canceled on the day will be charged at 100% of the total session fee, including travel costs if applicable. Please cancel your appointments mindfully. Repeated cancellation of services may result in loss of your regular session time or termination of services. We recognize that unexpected situations, like medical emergencies, can arise and may prevent you from giving sufficient notice. In such exceptional cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion, considering the specific circumstances and the number of canceled appointments. Your well-being is our priority, and we’re here to support you.
If we need to cancel an appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible. This would only occur in exceptional circumstances, such as if your treating Speech Pathologist became unwell.
Cancellation Fee- NDIS Funded
Should you need to cancel an appointment we require 48 hours notice. You will not be charged the session fee if the cancellation of the appointment is within 48 hours. Failure to cancel an appointment within 48 hours notice, 100% of the session fee will be charged. Please cancel your appointments mindfully. Repeated cancellation of services may result in loss of your regular session time or termination of services.
